Intra-oral imaging devices are available as either a scintillator-coupled CCD sensor or a sensor module that integrates sensor, support electronics, and cable into a complete package. The modules are adaptable to AC and DC x-ray sources, and can be used together with our USB interface box.
For panoramic and cephalometric imaging, Hamamatsu provides a CCD sensor with time delay integration (TDI), a large effective imaging area, wide dynamic range, and various other characteristics that make it ideally suited for these two applications. |
