DWDM Monitor

InGaAs linear image sensors are self-scanning photodiode arrays designed specifically as channel monitors for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). These devices operate over a wide photometric range. Our products incorporate an InGaAs photodiode array chip and a CMOS multiplexer with charge integration amplifiers. Most devices have internal thermoelectric coolers.  Multichannel detector head and driver/amplifier circuit (sold separately) for InGaAs linear image sensors, are also available.   We also offer parallel arrays of InGaAs photodiodes that can be used as channel monitors.
