• Power supply: This high-voltage power supply for an APD is compact and lightweight. It also has low noise.
• Photosensor amplifiers: Current-to-voltage conversion amplifiers are used for amplifying photocurrent in many applications including precision photometry, optical power meters, laser monitors, and plasma monitors.
• Circuits/modules for silicon photodiodes: Circuits make silicon photodiodes both simple and convenient to operate. Modules combine a silicon photodiode and a current-to-voltage conversion amplifier.
• APD modules: These devices have an APD, a low-noise amplifier, and a bias power supply assembled into a compact case.
• Color sensor modules: These RGB color sensor modules were specifically developed to monitor the power of RGB-LEDs.
• PSD signal processing circuits/modules: PSD signal processing circuits are used for evaluating the performance of PSDs. Modules are used in various applications such as optical axis alignment, rangefinder, 3D measurement, and length measurement.
• Circuits for NMOS linear image sensor: These driver circuits are optimized for use with our NMOS linear image sensors.
• Multichannel detector heads: These devices are designed for various image sensors, and they are useful in many applications including spectrophotometer, Raman spectroscopy, and semiconductor inspection.
• Specialized modules: Various modules and accessories for other types of detectors are available. These include amplifiers, driver circuits, interface boards, temperature controllers, and heatsinks.
