C5331In addition to our large range of APDs (avalanche photodiodes), Hamamatsu offers serveral types of Si APD modules enabling an easy use of these sensors by a simple DC power supply connection. A built-in temperature control circuit keeps the APD gain constant.

Custom Si APD modules are also available.
